Hello good people of CUBBLE-topia!!!

I bring you news, and apologies, for I have made a mistake once again. 

In my last update, I've posted an adjusted/interpreted excerpt from ForeverSpin update... Yeah, that happen. I want to apologize both to you as backers since you've seen similar update previews, (as I heard some of you notified the ForeverSpin guys about this :D) and to ForeverSpin team as well. They're really awesome people, and I shouldn't have done that.

Now, since that's out of the way, and we can continue our friendly endeavor, let me tell you what's been going on this last month behind the curtain:

- we've finished stainless steel CUBBLES
- we've also finished Tungsten and Brass CUBBLES
- today we've started work on Anodized Aluminum dice

 And if you want to see how one CUBBLE is CNC-ed, then here is a little video for your viewing pleasure:

New update will arrive really soon. Please be calm and wait, we should be done with the ALUMINUM dice by the end of March.

I’m really happy to announce that things are going according to plan and have been turning out great! We received the funds from Kickstarter and we now work around the clock to make ensure that we can deliver on time.

The last couple of weeks have been extremely productive as we have already completed ordering all of the raw materials for your pledges!

We are actually moving to the machining phase next week, so stay tuned! I'm pretty sure we're all excited about our rewards, so we will make sure to have some cool updates within the next few weeks :).

As a an approximation on the manufacturing finish date, we've set the date for April 7th, and we're positive that's totally doable. I will keep you updated on the progress, of course. 

Once we have the dice in their final form, we'll start shipping asap. You will be notified as soon as we start shipping. 

Now, the part that gave us the most headache, was o course, the part that should have created the least amount of trouble. Can you guess it? YES! The Cubble box! It seems my local box manufacturer has had the most amount of work he ever had in the last 20 years, and since I requested something rather small (both quantity and size), other bigger projects became a priority for him.

BUT, no worries, the boxes should be ready this Friday. It doesn't influence you or your rewards in any way, but I thought you should be well informed.

There are still 23 people that didn't answered their backerkit survey, but hopefully they will get on track asap.

Last call for order updates

Hello again, here are a couple of things that need to be addressed:

The “last” day to make final updates to your order is 20th of January . After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You will still be able to update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping fulfillment.

UPGRADES

Now, if you wanted to add to your pledge a few extra dice, and you found out that add-ons have shipping taxes connected to them, and got a little mad, I totally understand, and I officially want to apologize for that. But I do believe I've provided a suitable fix for the issue.

Shipping charges were necessary because I'm not offering free shipping for pre-orders. That was only for original backers that helped the project while it was live on kickstarter. BUT, if you do want more dice, as an original backer, you can UPGRADE your pledge, and get extra set/sets of dice by selecting another pledge that has more dice.

ADD-ONS

I've also added more add-ons, if you do want to keep your original pledge, but also to get more aluminum dice. There are a few extra add-ons that will allow you to get 4, 6, 8 or 10 extra dice, on top of the existing add-ons. I've also adjusted the shipping fees based on your selected add-on.

So, if you've already completed the backerkit survey, and didn't see the extra add-ons I'm referring to, please re-visit your survey, and check them out. You might find something more appealing.

Hey gang, here it goes!

I just sent an email with a special link to BackerKit surveys . It is important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information for fulfilling your rewards.

You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link, fill it out, and you’re all good to go! You will be able to answer questions about your rewards preferences, provide shipping information, and pledge for more “add-ons” if you'd like. You do not have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

If you decide later that you want to edit your survey response, you can go back to your survey and change it any time before we lock down the surveys for processing.

If you use your Facebook login for your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. Thank you for making our project a reality! 

Now here are a few things that need to happen before we can kick off production and fulfillment.

Here's a quick rundown:

First, Kickstarter just transferred over the funds so now I have the money to make the rewards (this took about two weeks).

Second, I have to find out where we need to ship the cubbles. I will send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information as soon as the review is passed by BackerKit, just as promised.

Will give you a heads-up before I send the survey so that you can watch for it. You will not need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email will contain a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.

If you need to change your survey responses, add or remove add-ons, or update your shipping information, you can click on the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)

BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.

If you used Facebook to log into your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you'd prefer to use, please message me.

BIG NEWS

As soon as possible will add the option to pre-order! So everyone that missed the kickstarter project can still get the dice for a limited time. More on this later.
